Bevan passed his third grading assessment on his black and yellow gloves in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) with flying colours at the weekend.  He regularly competes in MMA and jiu-jitsu competitions throughout the UK and most recently won a bronze medal for his hard work.  He is looking forward to fighting in the All Stars BJJ Welsh Pro 2022 competition in Cardiff later this month.

Aneira from Butterflies gained her first Jiu-jitsu belt last weekend after only starting classes in June 2022 when still in Nursery.

She was extremely pleased with her new white belt with red stripe and looks forward to her next grading.

Steffan  has been selected for the South Wales Cricket squad for the U10 winter training programme. He starts his training in November. Well done Steffan
